aven’t you always wanted to visit a vineyard in a small group, guided by someone who knows and loves the area? I am now living close to the Dentelles de Montmirail, and so am available to guide you around the vineyards on a daily basis.

I am delighted to propose visits to vineyard areas of France (and elsewhere!) to discover the terroir* translated by natural wines, made in harmony with nature and the environment, often organic or biodynamic. I advise on the organisation of your visits, and I accompany the visits, which are all made to measure, and will also often include a visit to a producer of olive oil or cheese, a visit to a local market, and time to relax.

The visits will often be to the Rhône valley, Languedoc or Provence, but can be elsewhere such as Jurançon or Cahors, etc to discover the splendour of local grape varieties and countryside.

Suggestions for visits: The villages around the Dentelles- Gigondas and the Côtes du Rhône Villages; Côte Rôtie to the plain of Crozes-Hermitage- Syrah and Viognier; In the Pope's footsteps- Chateauneuf-du- Pape- white (plus a bit of red!); from the Black Mountains to la Clape; Arles, Baux de Provence, grapes olives and oil!
